Agreement

By using the CanTheyHaveIt website or iOS app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The service is owned and operated by McKittrick LLC.

The Service

The website introduces the CanTheyHaveIt app and links to the App Store. The app provides general food and medication reference information and, in versions offering health organization, tools for recording owner-entered pet information. Unknown or missing evidence is not a safety clearance. We do not provide veterinary services, diagnosis, treatment or emergency care. Saving a medication reference does not establish a prescribed regimen.

App Purchases and Feature Availability

App purchases are processed by Apple, with the product, billing period and localized price shown by the App Store before confirmation. Plus subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel through Apple subscription settings. Existing lifetime ad removal remains distinct from Plus and does not require a Plus subscription. Restoring purchases requires the Apple Account that owns the eligible purchase. Caregiver invitations and recipient profile viewing are not yet available in the staged app; do not purchase Plus in reliance on that incomplete workflow or use it as an emergency-care channel.

Veterinary and Safety Notice

This tool provides general informational guidance only and is NOT veterinary advice. Always consult a licensed veterinarian before feeding your pet anything you are unsure about. We make no guarantee of accuracy and are not liable for any harm to any animal.

If you believe an animal has eaten something dangerous, contact a licensed veterinarian or an animal poison-control service immediately. Do not delay care because of information from this site.

AI and Third-Party Information

Responses may rely on artificial intelligence and third-party data. Automated systems can be wrong, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate for a particular animal, species, breed, age, weight, health condition, preparation method, or quantity. Third-party services operate under their own terms and policies, and we do not guarantee their availability or accuracy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse, disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to the service; submit unlawful or harmful material; or use the service to violate another party's rights. You are responsible for how you use any information the service provides.

Intellectual Property and Links

The site's original design, software, branding, and content belong to McKittrick LLC or its licensors. We may link to or reference third-party material that remains the property of its respective owner. We do not host or control linked services and are not responsible for them.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, secure, or suitable for any animal.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, McKittrick LLC and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for harm to an animal or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the service.

Children, Changes, and Contact

This service is not directed to children under 13. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and date here. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
